Hi, I’m Rushane Porter I am a Christian entrepreneur with a deep-seated passion for one thing: seeing you win & kick the devil’s butt by conquering your mindset.

When I got saved a few years ago, I realized that I didn’t have a mentor. Even though one was assigned at my church, it was mostly a quick call here and there to ask me “How are you doing?” The meaningless small talk that did not help me with/ on my journey. I needed someone to ask the hard questions, someone to pray with me, someone to share my struggles with who wouldn’t share with the other church members and then my struggles would turn into church gossip. I wanted someone who understood the struggles that I had or went through and genuinely cared about my soul.

I know that sounds like a lot to put on someone, but I believe that we were called to help each other. & so I asked God to let me be that person for others. & as I write this, I realize that all my struggles, moments of despair, hard life lessons, Red Sea moments, sinking Peter seasons and Jonah journeys, were God’s way of molding me into that individual.

I am a real person who has made tons of mistakes and it is my desire to be that iron who sharpens another piece of iron (Proverbs 27:17). Even if the iron is dull, or hasn’t been used in a while. I have received several gifts from The Holy Ghost and I am ready to use them to help my fellow brothers and sisters on their journey to Heaven. This is God’s business & we stand 10 toes down on it.

God is intentional about all of our lives (Romans 8:28) and I know that He will NEVER leave me nor forsake me. (Deuteronomy 31:8) & these are some of the principles that I will be teaching and sharing with you in this mentorship program.

I believe that every person has a God-given blueprint for greatness, but sometimes we just need the right tools and a little push to uncover it. My mission is to help you maximize your potential and step boldly into the man or woman God has called you to be. I’m not just here to teach; I’m here to walk alongside you, cheer you on, and provide the accountability you need to turn your 'someday' into 'today.' Let’s discover your purpose together!
